COMPLIMENTARY HOTEL STAY PROGRAM
  1. VIP Buyer Complimentary Hotel Stay Program is only applicable for International Buyers’ stays during 25 – 29 February, 2024 at the Hotels appointed by the Organizer.
  2. This program is exclusively applicable for International The Exhibitors are not entitled to this program.
  3. This program has a Limited Number of Registrations and is based on the first-come-first served basis. The priority is given for early Qualified registrations.
  4. How to register:
    • Step 1: Fill your information at the form below 
    • Step 2: Email us at: info@hawacorp.com.vn (compulsory):
      • A copy of Passport (with photo)
      • Company Registration / Business License
      • Company Profile / Introduction
    • Step 3: The Organizer reviews the information and confirm if the Buyers’ profiles are qualified (in 3 – 5 days) 
    • Step 4: The Organizer books hotel room upon Buyers’ registration 
    • Step 5: The Hotel sends an official confirmation to Buyers’ registered email
  1. Buyers need to provide their Company information to the Organizer. The Company that is not in the related industry is not qualified for this program.
  2. VIP Buyer Complimentary Stay program is ONLY or MAX: 1 ROOM 2 NIGHT STAY for 1 COMPANY.
  3. All the extension, additional services or late check-out of room will be at the Buyers’ own cost.
  4. The Organizer will only pay for 2 complimentary nights’ hotel stay at the Hotels appointed by the Organizer. Other hotels booked by the Buyers will not be accepted.
  5. This program is not refundable, not convertible to cash and not transferrable to any third parties. The presence of registered applicants is compulsory and no representative is permitted.
  6. The Organizer reserve the right to cancel any application if the Buyers fail to provide the Compulsory Document. The Organizer reserve the right to make final decision.
  7. Application deadline:
    • Register before 25 December, 2023:
      • Invitation to the VIP Buyer’s Night (1 person / Invitation)
      • Exclusive VIP Buyer’s Kit (VIP Badge, Gift, Show Directory)
    • Register before 10 January, 2024:
      • Exclusive VIP Buyer’s Kit (VIP Badge, Souvenir, Show Directory)
